Common questions
Supremo is the coffee the farm was built for. Specialty-grade Arabica grown at 3,000 feet in Maricao, honey-processed so the fruit sugars dry into the bean, roasted medium. Dark chocolate and buttery caramel up front, citrus and honey underneath. If you only ever try one 787 bag, make it this one.
Questions
When was this roasted?
Every bag is roasted to order at our roastery the week it ships, and the roast date is hand-stamped on the bag.
Should I get it ground or whole bean?
Whole bean stays fresh longest — grind right before you brew. Ground is ready for drip, pour-over and moka the moment it lands.
How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship within the week. Most orders arrive 6 to 10 days after you order.
Where is 787 Coffee's farm?
Hacienda Iluminada, in the mountains of Maricao, Puerto Rico, at 3,000 ft. We grow, pick, process and roast it ourselves.
