  1. Greet: loud, with energy, within 5 seconds of a customer walking in.

How hiring works

  1. Step 1ApplyRecord a 1-minute video answering the 3 questions below, fill in the form and share your resume. We want to get to know the real you.
  2. Step 2Let's connectOnce we review your video, application and resume, if you're selected we'll call to schedule a group, in-person interview (3 to 4 hours).
  3. Step 3StartIf you're selected, you'll be onboarded and start field training the next day.

If you're hired, you'll need your Food Handler's Card within your first 21 days and latte art within 8 weeks of your hire date. No exemptions.

Upload the video to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted), Instagram or TikTok and paste the link in the form. Do the same with your resume. Make sure anyone with the link can view them.
